Fabrangen was honored to receive a beautiful new ark during the 5765 High Holiday season. The ark was commissioned by Ellen Garshick and Rick LaRue in honor of the bar mitzvah of their son, Carl LaRue. The Aron Kodesh was designed by Matt Nechin. Thanks also to Stephanie Aldort, for her donation of a spectacular antique yad to Fabrangen. Stephanie reports that she saw the yad in an antique store and it had Fabrangen’s name written all over it! So, she bought it to give to the community. It is a large sterling silver piece, most likely fashioned at the turn of the last century.
